All requests for refunds must be in writing and received application through email: info@walksutra.com for Refund must be made within 21 days of the payment date. No refunds will be given after that time.
An administrative fee, (10% of the total cost), MDR Charges (if Payment made by Debit / Credit Cards) and Package discount will be deducted from the total paid amount.

You just need to drop us a mail at info@walksutra.com mentioning that you need a CREDIT NOTE for the service undelivered and you will get a revert within next 24- 72 working hours.
You can use this credit amount for the treatment of one’s own-self, family members and friends. Credit note will be valid for exact one year after the discontinuation of the prior.
